Brrr! It's finally starting to get really cold here. I have an uber cold to match the temperature and am feeling very inspired by anything cosy. Following my recent meditation practice I love the idea of having a dedicated space like this one, complete with fireplace, to practice mindfullness. I am massively coveting a camel coloured snuggly jumper to wear with my daily jeans uniform and I definitely need to ramp up to a proper winter jumper now. I'm also finding myself incredibly drawn to sweet treats of late. Might be something to do with my pledge to cut out processed sugar. I'm now almost two weeks in and weirdly I think I miss the look of them more than the taste. Have I finally shaken the addiction? Anyone with personal experience please let me know your experience of kicking the sweets.
